April 2025: Release Notes 3.23
The April 2025 release of Phin (version 3.23) introduces a redesigned company homepage featuring quick action cards, a new campaign calendar for scheduling training and phishing campaigns, a simplified continuous campaign creator with fewer steps, the ability to toggle mock user data in phishing templates, and the removal of the previously confusing company checklist to enhance user experience and navigation.

The new company homepage features quick action cards, a campaign calendar, and the removal of the company checklist (more on that below).
The Campaign Calendar
This new campaign calendar makes it easy to understand when training and phishing will be delivered to end users. Best of all, it's right on the company homepage.
Quick Action Cards
Want to generate a report, create a continuous campaign, or view your user's engagement with phishing simulations from Phin? Look no further than the quick action cards at the top of every company homepage.
A Simplified Continuous Campaign Creator
Launching a simultaneous training and phishing campaign through the continuous campaign creator has been drastically simplified. The process now offers extra insight into the campaign build experience, reducing the number of steps required.
Turn on Mock User Data in the Partner Content Library
Use the 'Show Mock User Data' toggle to the left of the 'Learning Moment' button to render any user-injected fields in the phishing template you're actively previewing. If no user fields exist within a template, the toggle will remain inactive.
Removal of the Company Checklist
The company checklist has been removed. Previously, it served as a way to navigate the Phin platform, but it was a non-linear and sometimes confusing experience. The new company dashboard is intended to better support user needs in the long term.
Phin has many exciting improvements planned for the year and appreciates user feedback to help shape the product's future.
