Creating a New Client in Phin Security

The guide explains how to create a new client in Phin Security's multi-tenant platform by using the partner dashboard's "Add A Company" button, entering the client's name in the pop-up, and optionally selecting "Create Another Company" to add multiple clients in one session, with all new clients appearing in the "Your Clients" table and accessible to partner admins.

Creating a New Client

Phin's platform is multi-tenant from the start, designed to make multi-tenancy easy. Creating a new client will add them to the "Your Clients" table in your partner dashboard. This also gives your partner admins access to all new clients.

Each partner account comes with a free internal account (NFR - not for resale) so you can train your staff free of charge. This is also a great resource for testing within the Phin platform.

Steps to Create a New Client

  1. 1.Begin by clicking the Add A Company button at the top of your partner dashboard.
  2. 2.After clicking the Create a New Company button, a pop-up will appear for you to enter your new client's name.
  3. 3.Once you've entered a Company Name, click Create Company to create the company.
  4. 4.To create multiple companies at once, select the box for Create Another Company. This allows you to create multiple companies in one session.
