December 2025: Release Notes 4.4.0
The December 2025 release notes for version 4.4.0 introduce Google DMI for direct message injection into Google Workspace inboxes bypassing firewalls, update phishing CSV reports with clearer headers and new columns for reported status and phishing categories, rename the Microsoft Graph API Mail Delivery integration to Microsoft DMI without changing functionality, and add a shortcut to access individual user analytics directly from the User Management page.
Google DMI
Google DMI (direct message injection) allows Phin to directly inject messages into Google Workspace inboxes, similar to how the Microsoft DMI integration works. This allows messages to bypass traditional firewalls and spam filters that would otherwise require manual allowlisting.

Phishing Clicks & Reporting Updates
The phishing CSV that can be generated ad-hoc or included as part of monthly/weekly reports to stakeholders has been updated to make the headers more accessible. For example, 'Date Clicked' instead of 'dateClicked'. The following additions have been made to the CSV file:
- A 'Reported' true/false column on files generated from company tenants that have the Report Phishing Button integration turned on.
- A 'Category' column that includes which phishing category an email template was sourced from within a campaign.
Additionally, performance reports no longer show a 'Reported Phishes' metric for companies that don't have the Report Phishing Button integration enabled.
Microsoft DMI
The 'Graph API Mail Delivery' integration is now called the 'Microsoft DMI' integration. The functionality of this integration remains unchanged; only the name has been updated to better reflect its purpose. More information about this integration is available in the knowledge base.
Access User Analytics from User Management Page
A user's analytics page is now accessible with the click of a button from the 'Actions' column on the 'User Management' page. This eliminates the need to navigate through analytics pages to view a particular user's analytics history.
