Does Phin Sell Direct to Businesses?
Phin primarily sells its security awareness training services through MSP partners serving SMBs, referring direct customer inquiries back to their MSPs unless the customer has outgrown MSP services and requires direct support, in which case Phin may provide service directly while maintaining its MSP-focused business model.
Phin is an MSP channel-focused company, and our MSP partners serve the SMB community.
Phin Security focuses on providing security awareness training (SAT) through the MSP (Managed Service Provider) channel. We partner with MSPs and help them deploy SAT to their customers.
If a customer directly inquires about purchasing Phin services, the first thing we ask is, "Do you have a current relationship with an MSP?" If they do, we refer them back to the MSP.
Sometimes, customers grow out of the need for services from an MSP. For example, a company grows, hires an internal IT team to oversee its technology needs, and no longer outsources those needs to an MSP. In these instances, Phin may provide service directly.
We maintain our MSP focus, and we market and build our platform for the MSP use case, but in some cases, we do have direct sales.
