Downloading Phishing Data from Phin Security

To download phishing data from Phin Security, navigate to the Phishing > Analytics page, select either "All Campaigns" or a specific course, then click the blue download button to export the data as a CSV file, with an alternative export option available via the Reporting function.

Downloading your Phishing Data

  1. 1.Click on Phishing on the left side-hand menu and then click on Analytics.
  2. 2.This will bring you to your analytics page.
  3. 3.You can review all your data. The analytics page is preset to All Campaigns, but you can change this to see data on a specific campaign by clicking All Campaigns and then selecting the specific course you'd like to review.
  4. 4.Once you've selected the course, or if you'd like to leave it at All Campaigns, click the blue download button in the bottom right-hand corner.
  5. 5.Your data will be exported as a CSV.

Note: You can also export phishing data from the Reporting function.
