Feb 26th 2026 - Release 4.6.0

The Feb 26th, 2026 Release 4.6.0 introduces customizable training reminder email domains for tenants using Microsoft or Google DMI integrations, a new anonymous feature request board via Canny for partner feedback and voting, and a bug fix ensuring accurate enrollment metrics for Shared Campaigns on the partner homepage company list.

Custom Domains in Training Reminder Emails

You can now align training reminders with your brand (or each tenant's brand) within tenants who have enabled either the Microsoft DMI or Google DMI integrations.

  • Set a partner-wide sending domain for training reminders/notifications from the Branding page at the partner level.
  • Set a company-specific From Name + domain to tailor branding per tenant (this overrides the partner defaults) from the Branding page at each company level.
  • Reply-to remains unchanged (it will still use the default no-reply@phinsecurity.com).

New! A Feature Request Board via Canny

A dedicated feature request board has been launched where partners can submit feature requests, leave feedback on existing ideas, and vote on the ideas that matter most.

Important Considerations:

  1. 1.All user posts are delivered under an alias; however, you will always see your name accompanied with your feedback.
  2. 2.Users can leave comments and upvote on others' posts. Please be respectful of one another!
  3. 3.Upvoting and conversations about the ideas posted on the feedback board are highly encouraged, as those engagements will enrich Phin's understanding of the feedback and the importance of different ideas to the community.
  4. 4.Most importantly - have fun!

Shared Campaign Bug Fix

The partner homepage company list now reflects enrollment more completely. Updates ensure that “Total Enrolled,” “Change,” and “% Change” metrics now account for companies/users enrolled into Shared Campaigns.
