Generate New Training Links with Phin Security

Phin Security has introduced a self-service tool allowing end users to generate new training links themselves after the original 30-day links expire by visiting https://learning.betterphish.com/, entering their email, and receiving a fresh training reminder, thereby reducing support requests and streamlining access to training materials.

Have your end-user's training links expired? Now, there is a self-service tool that enables them to generate a new link without contacting you.

How the tool works

Training links expire after 30 days. This can lead to end users reaching out for a new training email to access their training. Now, with our new self-service tool, end users can generate their own training links on the fly. Here's how it works:

1.Users click on a link to go to training from one of their training reminders.
2.If the training reminder was sent more than 30 days ago, they will be redirected to https://learning.betterphish.com/.
3.On this page, they can enter their email and click "Get Link," which will send them a new training reminder email with an active link.

How to get users to use the tool

1.Notify your end-users via email that there is now a new tool for them if they ever need to access training and can't find an old training email to do it.
2.Include this link and ask them to bookmark it - https://learning.betterphish.com/
3.Sit back and enjoy the extra time you bought yourself in the future!
