Guide to Phin's Partner-Level Content Library
The Partner-Level Content Library in Phin is a centralized platform feature that allows partners to browse, search, sort, and filter all phishing and training content with detailed info modals, training previews, and phishing template previews—including learning moments and user data—enhancing content management and campaign preparation.
What is the Partner-Level Content Library?
The Partner-Level Content Library is a section of the Phin platform, labeled as 'Content' in the partner-level sidebar. It contains all phishing and training content available in Phin.

- Skim all available content on a single page at the partner level.
- Search, sort, and filter all of Phin's content.
- Info modals provide a quick overview of a content's associated properties.
- Training previews with dedicated pages and associated properties.
- Phishing previews, including learning moments and rendered user data.
Search, Sort, and Filter Content
The partner library allows you to search, sort, and filter content by the following properties:
Properties for Training Content:
- Name
- Topics
- Provider
- Sort by Publish Date
- Sort by Alphabetical
Properties for Phishing Content:
- Name
- Tags
- DMI
- Domains
- Sort by Publish Date
- Sort by Alphabetical
If you would like to see other data types added, you can submit a feature request.
Info Modals
Info modals allow you to quickly view the properties associated with a piece of content without previewing the content itself. Each content card has an 'Info' button that opens a modal window displaying important properties.

Training Previews
To preview training content for a campaign, use the 'Preview' button on a training content card or from the info modal. This takes you to a training preview page where you can view the content's associated property values and experience the training as an end-user would.
Phishing Templates & Learning Moment Previews
You can preview all phishing templates and their associated learning moments by following these steps:
- 1.Click the 'Preview' button on any phishing content card in the library, or navigate to a preview page from the 'Info' modals.
- 2.Click the 'Learning Moment' button in the top right corner of the preview page.
- 3.Use the 'Next' buttons to navigate through the learning moments, then click 'Done' to complete the preview. Clicking outside the learning moments box will also end the preview.
- 4.Use the 'Show Mock User Data' toggle to render any user-injected fields in the phishing template you are previewing. If no user fields exist within a template, the toggle will remain inactive.
