How Can I Create a Leaderboard?
The Phin Security platform allows admins to create a company-specific leaderboard by generating a URL in the settings menu, which displays metrics such as active users, users phished, learning completion rates, grades from A+ to C+, top performers, and a graph showing phishing click percentages with a "safe zone" indicator for monthly phishing rates below 7%, though this feature is currently in beta and open to user feedback.
Creating a Leaderboard in Phin Security
If you'd like to gamify phishing data, Phin allows admins to generate a company leaderboard. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Access Settings
Click into "Settings" on the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Generate Leaderboard URL
In the settings menu, you should have the option to generate a URL for a leaderboard that is specific to your company. Click "Generate" to create the URL.
Step 3: View the Leaderboard
Copy and paste the new Leaderboard URL into a new browser tab. You should now be able to see your company's leaderboard.
What the Leaderboard Shows
- Number of active users
- Number of users phished
- Number of users who completed the steps in learning moments
- Grades ranging from A+ to C+
- List of Top Performers
- A graph showing:
- Phishing percentage (in blue)
- "Safe Zone" for phishing clicks (in green)
If your company's percentage of phishing emails clicked is below 7%, you will be in the "safe zone" for that month.
