How do I access my Usage Breakdown Reports?

Users with Full Admin permissions can access detailed Usage Breakdown Reports for each customer in the Phin portal by logging in, navigating to the Billing section, scrolling to the Usage Breakdown Reports area, and downloading the desired month's report.

Usage Breakdown Reports

Usage breakdown reports provide detailed usage information for each of your customers in the Phin portal.

Users with Full Admin permissions can access these reports by following these steps:

  1. 1.Log in to the Phin portal.
  2. 2.Click on Billing in the menu on the left.
  3. 3.Scroll down to the Usage Breakdown Reports section of the billing page.
  4. 4.Download the month you want to view.
