How Do I Cancel My Phin Account?

To cancel your Phin account, you must submit a ticket selecting "Billing Question," specify your desired cancellation date (which cannot be before the ticket submission date) and reason for cancellation, noting that you will be billed for the entire month of the cancellation date regardless of the exact cancellation day.

Canceling Your Phin Account

To cancel your Phin account, submit a ticket and select Billing Question as the ticket type. In your ticket, include:

The date you would like your account canceled (the cancellation date cannot be earlier than the date you submit the ticket)
The reason for cancellation

Billing Note:

Invoices will continue to be charged through the end of the month of your cancellation date. For example, whether you cancel on May 1st or May 31st, you will be charged in full for the month of May.
