How do I purchase Phin through Pax8?

To purchase Phin through Pax8, MSPs must search for Phin in the Pax8 Marketplace Catalog, order the Partner Only SKU once for the MSP (not for a company), complete the checkout process while indicating whether they have an existing Phin account (providing a Partner ID if yes), after which the Phin team will create or link the MSP dashboard and assist with onboarding and support.

Purchasing Phin Through Pax8

If you'd like to use the Pax8 Marketplace to purchase Phin, follow these steps (for current Phin partners and new partners):

  1. 1.In the Pax8 Marketplace, click into the Catalog.
  2. 2.Search for "Phin" in the Catalog.
  3. 3.Order Phin for the MSP. (Phin is a Partner Only Product that Pax8 will bill in arrears based on usage; therefore, you need to order this SKU once, for the MSP. You will not be able to order it for a Company.)
  4. 4.Go through the checkout wizard.
  5. 5.On the second-to-last step of Checkout, you will have the option to select "Yes" or "No" to having an existing Phin account:
    • If you select "No," the Phin team will create a new MSP dashboard for you.
    • If you select "Yes," you will need your Phin Partner ID. Follow the directions provided by Phin Security to find your Partner ID.

Once completed, you can now acquire Phin through Pax8! The Phin team is available to help with onboarding or to answer any technical questions you may have.
