How Do I Update My Payment Information?

To update your payment information in the Phin portal, log in, navigate to Billing, select Manage Payment Info, and fill out the required fields, noting that failure to maintain an active payment method will result in account lock and termination at the next billing cycle.

Managing Your Billing Information in the Phin Portal

To update your payment information:

  1. 1.Log in to your Phin portal.
  2. 2.Click on Billing in the left-hand menu.
  3. 3.Click on the tile labeled Manage Payment Info.
  4. 4.Fill out the required fields to update your payment information.

Important:

  • If there is no active payment method on file or if your payment method is expired, your account will be locked at the beginning of the next billing cycle (the first of every month), followed by termination of the account.
