To cancel a Phin Security free trial, log into the portal, click the "here" link in the free trial banner to access the billing page, and select the option to cancel before the 30-day trial ends to avoid automatic conversion to a paid partner account.
How to Cancel a Phin Security Free Trial
Once your free trial has started, each time you log in, you will see a banner at the top of the portal updating you on the timeline of your free trial.
When you see this banner in the portal, click on the word "here" to access your billing page. On the billing page, you can:
- Upgrade your free trial
- Manage your payment info
- Cancel your free trial
Your account will convert to a paid partner account in one of two ways:
- If you do not cancel, the account will upgrade automatically after the 30-day free trial has ended.
- You can click "Upgrade Account" at any time on the billing page to gain full access to all of the benefits of becoming a Phin partner.
