How to Cancel Training Campaigns

To cancel a training campaign on Phin's platform, navigate to the Campaigns section, locate the desired campaign in the launched campaigns table, click the trashcan icon under Actions, confirm the deletion to stop future course assignments, noting that already launched courses remain active and must be canceled separately.

Canceling a Training Campaign

When you cancel a campaign on Phin's platform, it will not cancel or delete courses that have already been launched. Canceling a campaign only prevents future courses from being assigned. If you want to cancel courses that have already been launched, you must cancel each of those individually.

Steps to Cancel a Training Campaign

1.Click on Campaigns in the side navigation.
2.You will see two tables: the first lists all launched campaigns, and the second lists all active training courses.
3.In the campaigns table, under the last column (Actions), look for a trashcan icon next to any campaigns you have permission to delete. Click this icon and confirm your intent to delete the campaign in the confirmation modal to end the campaign.
4.The campaign will be ended successfully.

When you cancel a campaign, only future course assignments are stopped. Already launched courses must be canceled individually if needed.
