How to Delete a Company in Phin Security
To delete a company in Phin Security, an administrator must navigate to the company's profile, access the Settings page, and select the permanent "Delete this company" option, noting that all related data, campaigns, integrations, reports will become inaccessible and users will lose login and notification access.
Deleting a Company
As an administrator, you can delete a company when necessary by navigating to the company profile by clicking on the name of the company.
Note: Reports and data will not be accessible once the company is deleted. It is encouraged to download any relevant data before deleting.
From the side menu, go to the Settings page. Here you will see a large disclaimer and the option to Delete this company. This action is permanent and can only be performed by your administrator.
What to Expect Next
After you delete a company profile, the related campaigns, integrations, and reports will no longer be available. Users within the company will not have access to login and will be removed from any platform notifications.
