How To Download Certificate of Completion for a Course

Users can download their certificate of completion for any completed course by accessing their training email reminders, clicking "Click to View" to open the Phin Portal, and then selecting the "Download Certificate" button to receive a PDF version of the certificate, noting that this feature is not available through the admin portal.

Downloading a Certificate of Completion for a Course

Users can download their certificate of completion for a specific course once they have completed it. They can also return to any previously completed courses to download those certificates.

Note: Downloading certificates from the admin portal is not currently available.

Steps to Download Your Certificate

  1. 1.Open any of your previous training email reminders in your inbox. Click on "Click to View" to open your Phin Portal, where you can view all courses.
  2. 2.Once in the portal, click the "Download Certificate" button. Your browser will download the certificate in PDF format.
  3. 3.Open the PDF to view your certificate of completion for that course.
