At Phin Security, your Phin Partner ID# is a unique number in the Phin Portal that helps verify your identity and confirm important requests. This guide shows you how to find your Phin Partner ID#.

You will need your Phin Partner ID# for important requests, such as changing your distributor.

Find your Phin ID#

  1. 1.Log in to the Phin Portal: https://portal.phinsec.io/
  2. 2.Look at the URL at the top of the page after you log in.
  3. 3.Your Phin ID# is the string of characters after https://portal.phinsec.io/partners/ in the URL.

For example, if the URL is:

https://portal.phinsec.io/partners/d9feuhjF6RzLrc13hB7U

Then your Phin ID# is d9feuhjF6RzLrc13hB7U.

Distributor Change Requests

To change your distributor (for example, switching to Pax8), provide your Phin Partner ID# to Pax8 when you request the change. Make sure the Phin Partner ID# you provide matches your current Phin tenant for the request to go through.
