How to Launch a Campaign Preset

The article explains how to launch a phishing campaign preset by navigating to the unified Campaigns page, selecting a preset from the Campaign Launcher, naming the campaign, setting its frequency and schedule, previewing templates, and then launching it to appear under Active Campaigns on the Phishing Dashboard.

Launching Presets

Launching presets saves you time by removing the need to repeatedly create the same campaigns.

Creating, viewing, and editing all campaign types has moved to a single, unified Campaigns page, which can be accessed under 'Campaigns' from the side navigation. This article and others may not accurately represent the location of campaign tools.

Steps to Launch a Campaign Preset

  1. 1.Select the Phishing drop-down menu and click Campaigns.
  2. 2.In the Phishing Dashboard, you will see two buttons at the top of the page. Click on Launch a Preset Phishing Campaign to go into the custom campaign creator tool.
  3. 3.After clicking on Launch a Preset Phishing Campaign, you will be brought to the Campaign Launcher page. There are 3 presets provided, but any presets you save within the custom phishing campaign creator will also appear here.
  4. 4.To begin launching a preset phishing campaign, hover over a saved preset you'd like to launch. Click the purple Launch Preset button to enter the campaign launcher.
  5. 5.Name the campaign.
  6. 6.Set the frequency of the campaign:
    • Frequency
    • Week
    • Weekday
    • Time
  7. 7.Preview any of the templates.
  8. 8.Launch the campaign.

You will now see your newly launched preset campaign under Active Campaigns on the Phishing Dashboard.
