How to Launch a One-off Training Course?

The guide explains how to launch a one-off training course by navigating to the Training Catalog via the client portal's home screen, selecting and assigning the course to automatically enroll all active users, and managing the course through enrollment, notifications, or cancellation options in the Training Dashboard.

Step 1: Navigating to the Training Catalog

If you aren't already at the home screen of the client portal, start by navigating to the home screen.

Once here, get into the Training Catalog.

Start by clicking on Training on the left-hand side menu.

Once the dropdown menu appears, click on Library.

Step 2: Launching a One-off Training Module

Now that you're in the catalog, you will see the catalog of courses.

To launch a one-off course, select Assign.

You will now see the course listed under Active Courses in your Training Dashboard.

When launching a one-off course, the audience will include ALL ACTIVE users currently added to the platform.

Step 3: Managing One-off Courses

One-off courses will automatically enroll ALL ACTIVE users into the course. It may take several minutes for users to enroll successfully. If you add more users to Phin after launching the course, you can add them manually from the training dashboard.

  • Cancel Course

    At any time, you can come in and click Cancel Course to delete the course.
