How to Launch and view a Fixed-length Training Campaign

Launching a Fixed-length Training Campaign
Note: As of 8.12.2025, creating, viewing, and editing all campaign types has moved to a unified Campaigns page under 'Campaigns' in the side navigation. This article may not reflect the current location of campaign tools.
Step 1: Create a New Fixed-length Training Campaign
- 1.From the Training Dashboard, click the Launch A Training Campaign button to start the campaign creator process.
- 2.Enter a campaign name and description. The name will be displayed on the training dashboard and used to identify the campaign. Use a descriptive name if you have several campaigns.
- 3.Select your audience. For more information on how audiences work for training campaigns, refer to the relevant documentation.
- 4.Set up the training courses for the campaign in the Curriculum tab.
- Prebuilt Curriculum: Choose from Phin-curated sets of courses with a common theme. Details of each curriculum are available in the platform documentation.
- Manual Curriculum: Select individual courses to include in the campaign. Use the 'i' icon for extra details about a course, or the 'eyeball' icon for a full preview (including video and quiz).
- 5.Configure Scheduling:
- Choose the frequency, day/week of the month, and time of day for training emails to be sent.
- Admins can update the course scheduler at any point during the campaign.
Scheduling Options

All at Once Scheduling:
- Select a date and time for the entire campaign to be delivered. This option is only available in fixed training campaigns.

Recurring Scheduling:
- Set a specific date and time for the first training, then define a recurring schedule (e.g., once a month on the 1st Monday at 8 AM).
- The soonest a campaign can be scheduled is 24 hours in advance.
- The scheduler will use the parameters you set to determine when each course is sent.
- Any changes will be reflected in your Campaign Details pages.
- 1.Finalize the campaign:
- Review your choices and the order in which training courses will be sent.
- Drag and drop courses to change their order; this updates the Assignment Date and Order.
- Click Launch to create your campaign.
- You can view and edit your campaign from the training dashboard.

Viewing a Created Campaign
- On the dashboard, your newly created campaign appears as a card.
- Click View to see campaign details on a separate page.
