The article provides a step-by-step guide to launching a fixed-length training campaign, including creating the campaign with a name and audience, selecting courses via prebuilt or manual curricula, configuring scheduling options such as all-at-once or recurring delivery times, and notes that as of August 12, 2025, all campaign management has moved to a unified Campaigns page.

Launching a Fixed-length Training Campaign

Note: As of 8.12.2025, creating, viewing, and editing all campaign types has moved to a unified Campaigns page under 'Campaigns' in the side navigation. This article may not reflect the current location of campaign tools.

Step 1: Create a New Fixed-length Training Campaign

  1. 1.From the Training Dashboard, click the Launch A Training Campaign button to start the campaign creator process.
  2. 2.Enter a campaign name and description. The name will be displayed on the training dashboard and used to identify the campaign. Use a descriptive name if you have several campaigns.
  3. 3.Select your audience. For more information on how audiences work for training campaigns, refer to the relevant documentation.
  4. 4.Set up the training courses for the campaign in the Curriculum tab.
    • Prebuilt Curriculum: Choose from Phin-curated sets of courses with a common theme. Details of each curriculum are available in the platform documentation.
    • Manual Curriculum: Select individual courses to include in the campaign. Use the 'i' icon for extra details about a course, or the 'eyeball' icon for a full preview (including video and quiz).
  5. 5.Configure Scheduling:
    • Choose the frequency, day/week of the month, and time of day for training emails to be sent.
    • Admins can update the course scheduler at any point during the campaign.

Scheduling Options

  • All at Once Scheduling:

    • Select a date and time for the entire campaign to be delivered. This option is only available in fixed training campaigns.
  • Recurring Scheduling:

    • Set a specific date and time for the first training, then define a recurring schedule (e.g., once a month on the 1st Monday at 8 AM).
    • The soonest a campaign can be scheduled is 24 hours in advance.
    • The scheduler will use the parameters you set to determine when each course is sent.
    • Any changes will be reflected in your Campaign Details pages.
  1. 1.Finalize the campaign:
    • Review your choices and the order in which training courses will be sent.
    • Drag and drop courses to change their order; this updates the Assignment Date and Order.
    • Click Launch to create your campaign.
    • You can view and edit your campaign from the training dashboard.

If you have suggestions or feedback, you can contact the team using the provided form.

Viewing a Created Campaign

  • On the dashboard, your newly created campaign appears as a card.
  • Click View to see campaign details on a separate page.
