How to Save Custom Phishing Presets for Your Clients

The guide explains how to efficiently create and save custom continuous phishing campaign presets for clients by accessing the unified Campaigns page through the Phishing Dashboard, entering campaign details, selecting audience, sending channels, learning types, and template categories, and then saving these configurations as presets to streamline future campaign creation.

Creating Multiple Custom Phishing Campaigns Efficiently

Creating multiple custom phishing campaigns can be time-consuming. You can save time by using the preset tool to streamline the process.

Important Note (8.12.2025):

Creating, viewing, and editing all campaign types has moved to a single, unified Campaigns page, accessible under 'Campaigns' from the side navigation. The steps below may not reflect the current location of campaign tools.

Step 1: Accessing the Custom Continuous Phishing Campaign Creator

  1. 1.Navigate to the home screen of the client portal.
  2. 2.Use the left-hand side menu to access the Phishing Dashboard:
    • Click on Phishing in the left-hand menu.
    • When the drop-down menu appears, click on Campaigns.
  3. 3.In the Phishing Dashboard, click on Launch a Phishing Campaign to open the custom campaign creator tool.
  4. 4.On the custom campaign page, you will see two sections:
    • Campaign Info: Enter a name and description that fits your goals for the custom phishing campaign.
    • Campaign Type: Select Continuous for the campaign type.
  5. 5.Click Next to begin creating the campaign.

Step 2: Saving Presets

Before proceeding, ensure you have:

  • Navigated to the Phishing Dashboard
  • Launched the Custom Phishing Campaign Tool
  • Set your Campaign Info
  • Selected Continuous Campaigns

After clicking the Next button, you will be taken to the campaign configuration page.

Configuring Custom Campaigns

Follow these steps to configure your campaign:

  1. 1.Select an Audience
    • Choose the audience you want to deliver the campaign to, based on your goals.
  2. 2.Select Your Sending Channels
    • Choose the appropriate channels for sending the phishing campaign.
  3. 3.Select Your Learning Type(s)
    • Pick the learning types relevant to your campaign.
  4. 4.Select the Template Categories to be Included
    • Choose template categories by clicking on the blue buttons. A green check indicates a selection has been made.
  5. 5.Select Your Publish Options
    • For custom phishing campaigns, you have two publishing options:
      • Save and Launch
        • Private Preset: Save the custom campaign as a Private Preset. This allows you to launch the same campaign to this specific client in the future without recreating it.
        • Shared Preset: Save the custom campaign as a Shared Preset, making it available as an option for all clients in your portal. This does not deliver the campaign to all clients, but saves time by avoiding repeated creation for multiple clients.
