How to Send Training Course Reminders

Phin's platform allows organizations to send automatic training course reminders every 7 days by default, customizable at the company level and optionally sent from a custom email domain, while also providing manual options to send bulk reminders to all users in a course via the Campaigns dashboard or individual reminders to specific users through the Analytics section, with immediate sending upon selection and no confirmation prompt.

Overview

Ensuring that end-users complete their training is important, and reminders can help achieve this. Phin's platform provides both automatic and manual ways to send out course reminders.

  • Automatic Reminders: All training courses automatically send reminders to users who have not completed their training. By default, reminders are sent every 7 days, but this interval can be adjusted at the company level.
  • Custom Email Domain: By default, reminders are sent from no-reply@phinsecurity.com. If your organization has the Google DMI or Microsoft DMI integration enabled, reminders can be sent from a custom domain.
