How to Utilize the Partner Company Table

The Phin Partner Portal's Company Table displays key customer metrics such as total active users, campaign enrollment numbers, and their changes, allows sorting by these fields in ascending or descending order, and enables exporting the currently viewed and sorted data as a CSV file.

Overview

The Phin Partner Portal provides a Company Table that displays key details about your customers as soon as you log in. The table includes the following fields:

  • Total Active Users: The total number of users in the company who are not in Sleep mode.
  • Total Enrolled in Campaign: The total number of users in the company currently enrolled in a campaign.
  • (Number) Change in Campaign: The total increase or decrease in enrolled users from the end of last month compared to today.
  • Percent Change in Campaign: The percent increase or decrease in enrolled users from the end of last month compared to today.

Sorting the Table

You can sort each of these four fields by clicking on the respective column header. Sorting can be done in ascending or descending order for each column.

Exporting the Table

To export the table:

  1. 1.Click 'Export' in the top left-hand side of the table.
  2. 2.Select 'export .csv' from the drop-down menu.

The exported data will reflect the current sorting and view of the table, so ensure you have sorted the table as desired before exporting.
