Learning Moments at Phin Security
Phin Security’s Learning Moments occur when a client clicks on a phishing email, triggering an immediate, non-punitive pop-up that highlights key email elements with tips on how to identify phishing, requiring the client to view all prompts and complete the brief interactive lesson before resuming work.
Learning moments occur when a client clicks on one of our phishing emails.
If a client clicks on one of Phin's phishing emails, we teach them at that moment what they should have done differently. There's no shame or punishment, but we show them at the time of need how to avoid being phished next time.
- 1.If a user clicks on the phish, a pop-up alerts them. (Opening the email doesn't count as a click)
- 2.Next, the Learning Moment is triggered and parts of the email are highlighted with tips as to what they could have inspected in the email before clicking.
- 3.To complete the learning moment and receive credit, the client must click on the prompts, view all the tips, and click done. This only takes a few seconds, and then they return to work!
