November 2023 Release Notes 3.9.0

The November 2023 Release Notes 3.9.0 introduce key updates including the ability for admins to edit phishing campaign schedules, audiences, and templates after launch, the option to select phishing delivery windows spanning 3-7 business days, enhanced automated reports with filtered data excluding slept and deleted users plus expanded CSV fields and a new Users to Watch report, a revised Resources page with updated partner and company admin links, and improved table row selection for easier navigation in company management.

We're almost done with the year, but not quite done with giving you new features and updates. Included in this release are improvements to our reporting, phishing scheduler, and more.

Phishing Campaigns

We have two big, and in our opinion very exciting, updates for our Phishing campaigns:

  • Editing after campaign launched: Admins can now modify the schedule, audience, or template selection at any point during the campaign. This update, previously available for training campaigns, is now available for phishing campaigns as well.

  • Selecting phishing window: When setting up or editing a phishing campaign, Admins can select the range of time phishing simulations are delivered in (phishing windows). This can span between 3-7 business days and is configured under Time and Sending Settings. For more details, refer to the knowledge base article.

Any setup or changes you make will be reflected on your Campaign Details page.

Automated Reports

More reporting improvements are on their way. Here are some useful updates to reports:

  • Slept and deleted users have been removed from the data and insights seen on the PDF and CSV reports. They can also be filtered in or out on the analytics pages.
  • Training and phishing CSV reports now have more fields available, such as Campaign Name, Campaign Type, and other meaningful details for deeper analysis.
  • Users to Watch CSV report is now available, making it easier to sort, filter, and find what you're looking for.

Additional Updates

  • Resources Page: The Resources page has been revised to include new and updated links for all partner and company admins.

  • New Table Functionality: Row selection in tables has been updated for easier navigation. For example, in the Companies table on the Company Management page, admins can click anywhere on the entire row to view a company profile, removing the need to scroll sideways.

  • Slept and Deleted Users (Reporting & Analytics): These users are now filtered out from automated reports and analytics pages. On analytics pages, admins can still include these users in results by using the User Status filter.
