November 2025: Release Notes 4.3.0

The November 2025 release 4.3.0 introduces campaign presets in the Continuous Campaign Creator for easier training standardization, removes the 'Phishes Reported' stat from reports when the phishing report button is disabled to improve metric accuracy, lays groundwork for upcoming Google Direct Message Injection integration, and launches the Shared Campaigns Open Beta with enhanced partner-level campaign tools and a feedback survey.

This release delivers several meaningful improvements across shared campaigns, reporting, integrations, and overall product quality.

Campaign Presets in the Continuous Campaign Creator

You can now create campaign presets directly in the Continuous Campaign Creator, making it easier to standardize and scale your training across clients.

'Phishes Reported' Stat Removed

Many customers told us that having the 'Phishes Reported' stat on the performance report when the 'Report Phishing Button' wasn't enabled in a company's Outlook environment was unnecessary, and you were right. Reports have been updated to automatically hide “Phishes Reported” for companies that don’t use Report a Phish, and it’s no longer included in grading. Cleaner, more accurate metrics with less noise.

Google DMI (Direct Message Injection)

Direct message injection for Gmail accounts is not here yet, but it will be soon. We’ve released infrastructure to support a Google DMI integration—think Graph API, but for Gmail—so you’re ready for deeper, more automated connectivity as we roll more out. Keep your eyes peeled!

Shared Campaigns Open Beta

The Shared Campaign Open Beta (Phin’s partner-level campaign tools) is now available across all partner tenants under a new sidebar page labeled “Campaigns.” There’s a quick survey on that page (bottom right corner)—we’d really appreciate it if you could take a minute to tell us what you think. If you’ve ever wanted more control, flexibility, or something else from Phin’s campaign tools, now’s the perfect time to speak up.
