PDF Reporting (With Examples!)
Phin's PDF Reporting feature enables admins to configure automatic monthly and weekly reports for specific companies that include high-level statistics, trend data on phishing and training performance, and optional detailed tables such as a twelve-month historical user data dump and a "Users to Watch" list, with customizable delivery times and recipient emails.
Overview
Phin allows admins to enable automatic monthly and weekly reporting. These reports provide general information about a specific company, including Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation statistics.
The report is divided into several pages that outline high-level stats, trends for phishing and training, and statistics for the current month. Reports can be configured to include additional data, such as a historical user data dump for the last twelve months and/or a table of “Users to Watch.”
Configuring Reports
To enable reports:
- 1.Go to the specific company’s “Reporting” page.
- 2.Configure monthly and weekly reports separately.
- 3.Set the time for report delivery.
- 4.Customize the report by including the “Historical User Data” table and/or “Users to Watch” table, as well as .csv files.
- 5.Add the email addresses of report recipients.
Report Data
High-Level Stats
The first page of the report displays high-level statistics for the company, including:

- Percentage of users who clicked on a simulated phishing email this month
- Number of security awareness training courses assigned this month
- Number of users who completed this month's training
- Number of users who completed all assigned training for the last twelve months
Trend Data
The trend data page includes:
- A bar chart showing the percentage of users who clicked on a phishing email in the last twelve months
- A visual representation of the percentage of users who completed all assigned training in the last twelve months
Historical User Data and Users to Watch
- The “Historical User Data” table lists all active users who have been assigned training or sent phishing test emails in the last 12 months, sorted alphabetically.
- “Users to Watch” highlights users who are not up to date on their security awareness training or who clicked on a phishing test this month.
- Enabling both charts will significantly increase the size of reports.
