Is Phin SCORM/LMS compatible?
Yes. Phin's training content is SCORM-compliant and can be uploaded to any SCORM-compatible LMS. Phin also provides its own cloud-based LMS, where you can manage employee enrollments, training status, and other training insights.
Does Phin offer industry-specific campaigns?
Phin does not currently offer campaigns built exclusively for specific industries. Instead, you can choose from a broad library of training topics and content providers to build campaigns around your clients' needs, or let Phin automatically choose appropriate training by answering four basic questions about your tenant(s). Phin's library includes topics such as HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, OWASP Top 10, phishing, social engineering, AI security, password security, and more. There are also role-based campaigns for teams like finance, HR, sales, IT, and customer service.
What languages is content available in?
Most of Phin's training content is available in English, with a growing selection of courses available in Spanish and French. Phin currently offers a dedicated multi-language curriculum with 20 courses covering eight cybersecurity topics, and additional language support is planned as the content library continues to grow.

Is Phin compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS)?
Yes — Phin is SCORM-compliant, so training content can be uploaded to any SCORM-compliant LMS. Phin also offers its own cloud-based LMS with enrollment, status, and reporting insights.
How does Phin's training actually work?
Training can be set up as automated recurring campaigns that run indefinitely without manual intervention or as one-off campaigns for as many clients as you choose. The end-user will receive an email that links them directly to the assigned training, without having to sign in. Each training module is a short video (typically 5-8 minutes) built around modern-day issues and cultural trends, with difficulty increasing across levels. After the video, there is a short learning assessment.
How do Phin's phishing simulations actually work?
Continuous phishing simulation campaigns run indefinitely without manual intervention for as many tenants as you choose, and topics can be automatically selected by answering 4 quick questions about your tenant(s). Anyone who fails a simulated phish is redirected to a Learning Moment for immediate, relevant feedback instead of delayed generic training. If they report the simulation, they receive a celebratory GIF. These reports do not create a ticket, so you don’t have to worry about adding noise to your help desk.
Does Phin offer industry-specific training?
Phin’s content spans a range of topics from multiple providers so MSPs can customize training for clients in technology, healthcare, financial services, logistics, consulting, manufacturing, and hospitality. However, it does not automatically create campaigns based on industry. Rather, it creates campaigns based on specific compliance requirements.
