September 2024: Content Release
In September 2024, Phin released new cybersecurity training content including 60-second GoldPhish micro-modules without assessments and pre-built NINJIO role-based training curriculums tailored for Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and HR departments, while also updating their Knowledge Base and encouraging user feedback to guide future product development.
Micro-modules and Role-Based Training Curriculums Added to the Phin Training Catalog
What are Micro-Modules?
Micro-Modules by GoldPhish are 60-second micro courses that provide end-users with quick tips on relatable cybersecurity threats and the steps to implement safeguards to protect against those threats.
- Important Note: Micro-modules do not include assessments.
What are Role-Based Training Curriculums?
Role-based training curriculums are pre-built course tracks that include training courses aimed at particular employee roles or departments.
The following pre-built role-based training curriculums from NINJIO are now available to launch via the fixed training campaign builder:
- Sales: NINJIO Role-Based Training (9 courses)
- Customer Service: NINJIO Role-Based Training (8 courses)
- Finance: NINJIO Role-Based Training (7 courses)
- Information Technology: NINJIO Role-Based Training (15 courses)
- Human Resources: NINJIO Role-Based Training (6 courses)
