September 2025: Release Notes 4.0
The September 2025 Release Notes 4.0 introduce a unified campaigns page for all campaign actions, enable training campaign presets to be created once and shared across companies for easier onboarding, and announce that starting October 1, 2025, all active users in the Phin portal will be billed unless deactivated, with billing reflected on the October 31 invoice.
Unified Campaign's Page
All actions related to creating, editing, launching, and viewing campaigns are now done from a unified campaigns page, which can be found by selecting 'Campaigns' in the sidebar navigation.
Training Campaign Presets
Campaign presets are pre-configured campaign templates, available for training and phishing campaigns, that can be created in one company and shared across all other companies. This means you can create a campaign once and then re-use that campaign without creating it again, making the process of onboarding new companies much more efficient. Training campaigns have now been added as an eligible campaign type for campaign presets.
Billing Update
Starting October 1, 2025, any active users in your Phin portal will be billed unless they’re put to sleep. This will appear on your October 31 invoice (since billing runs in arrears).
