The My Growth view is a feature in the Learning Management System (LMS) that allows users to track their training progress across different training topics. The page is accessible from the navigation bar under "My Growth".
This page provides an overview of the user's training progress. A table on the page keeps track of the user’s yearly progress by listing out the courses they have completed and organizing them by security topics. Topics with the most completed courses are listed first, with the topic having the most completed courses denoted by a badge.
