Upload Custom Training Videos
The guide details how to upload custom training videos in .mp4 format (under 32MB for company level, 200MB for partner level) with .png thumbnails, explaining that company-level uploads are for company campaigns only while partner-level uploads support Shared Training Campaigns and additional options like topic, language, video length, content style, and custom assessments, which can only be created and distributed at the partner level, and instructs users to use the Upload Content button to open the Course Creator, input course details, and finalize by clicking Create to add the course to the appropriate library.
Guide to Uploading Custom Training Videos
This guide explains how to upload training courses at both the company and partner levels.
Important Notes
- Training courses uploaded at the partner level can only be used in Shared Training Campaigns.
- Training courses uploaded from within any company tenant can only be used in a campaign that originates from that company.
- Videos must be in .mp4 format and under 32MB at the company level or 200MB at the partner level. SCORM files are not compatible.
- Thumbnails must be in .png format and under 32MB.
Uploading Process
- 1.Use the Upload Content button from either the partner or company level content sections to open the Course Creator module.
- 2.In the Course Creator, upload your training video and add the following details:
- Title
- Description
- Upload Video
- Upload Thumbnail
Additional Options at the Partner Level
At the partner level, you can also:
- Select Topic
- Select Language
- Select Length of Video
- Select Content Style
- Create a Custom Assessment
Note: Courses with custom assessments can only be created from the partner level library and distributed via the Shared Campaigns feature.
Finalizing Your Course
Once all details are added, click Create to add your custom course to the partner or company level library. Your course will now appear in the respective library.
