What do Training Assignments and Reminders Look Like?
Users receive email notifications with a "Click to View" button to access their assigned Phin SAT training modules without logging into a separate portal, can view and start courses within the training portal, see completed courses marked by a green dot, and receive automatic weekly reminders to complete their training.
User Experience with Phin SAT Training Assignments and Reminders
Users are notified via email when they have been assigned training campaigns. The notification email includes a button labeled "Click to View." Users can access their assigned training directly by clicking this button—there is no need to log into a separate portal.
Once accessed, users see a list of all assigned training modules, as well as their completed training. Automatic reminders to complete training modules are sent to users every week.
Within the training portal, users can click on the course title to begin a module. They can scroll down to view all assigned courses. After completing a course, the course tile moves to the completed section, and a red dot in the lower right-hand corner of the tile turns green to indicate completion.
