What is Phinbox IQ?

Phinbox IQ is an AI-powered email triaging tool integrated with Phin’s Report Phishing button that streamlines MSP technicians' workflow by consolidating reported emails into a single dashboard with contextual analysis, multi-tenant management actions, and PSA deployment capabilities, currently in open beta with significant time-saving benefits and planned as a premium feature requiring specific company integrations.

Phin’s Threat Analysis & Triaging Tool for Reported Emails

Phinbox IQ is an email analysis tool utilizing artificial intelligence to make triaging reported emails significantly more efficient for MSP technicians. Partners have reported an 80% time savings when utilizing Phinbox IQ in their triaging process.

Phinbox IQ exists as a triaging board in which emails reported by users (using Phin’s Report Phishing button in Outlook) are analyzed and displayed as tickets on the Phinbox IQ page. Phinbox IQ can also be deployed into a supported PSA.

IMPORTANT: This feature is currently in Open Beta and available at the partner level integrations page (ticket icon with a Beta flag).

What can Phinbox IQ Do?

  • Triage reported emails in one place with full context, including unwrapped URLs, sender patterns, and more.
  • Deploy Phinbox IQ in supported PSA service desk environments.
  • Take multi-tenant actions on reported emails:
    • Search and delete similar emails by sender or subject
    • Block sending domains
    • View user mail flow rules
  • Review and undo prior actions.

Is Phinbox IQ a Premium Feature?

Yes, Phinbox IQ will be an additional cost to your Phin Security plan.

IMPORTANT: While this feature is in Open Beta, it will remain available at no additional cost. Prior to Phinbox IQ becoming a paid feature of Phin’s platform, you will be notified of any change in cost to your plan, should you continue to use Phinbox IQ.

Phinbox IQ Dependencies

Below are the company integrations required to use Phinbox IQ.

  1. 1.Report Phishing must be enabled, granted permissions, and deployed (custom-app manifest uploaded to Microsoft) for each company.
  2. 2.Phinbox IQ must be enabled and granted permissions for each company.
