Phin's phishing simulations are delivered using a batch system, also referred to as phishing windows. When you select a time for your campaign to deliver, that is when the batch will begin to fire. The simulations can be delivered at any time within the selected window, which typically spans 3-7 business days.
Key aspects of Phin's phishing delivery system:
- No one receives the same phishing email during the batch period.
- No one receives a phishing email at the same time as another user.
- No phishing emails are sent over the weekend.
- Phishing is user-specific and adapts based on user interaction:
- Users who do not click on phishing emails will receive increasingly difficult phishing attempts.
- Users who do click on phishing emails will remain at their current difficulty level until they demonstrate improvement.
